I was the victim of the most horrific savage attack at a medical office by a supposed professional receptionist/office manager Delita Hooks aka "Delite" I kid you not -- I called Dr Vine's receptionist who sits next to her behind a long closed off reception desk from The First Precinct and ask what is the name of the woman that punched me. Dr Vine's receptionist said her name is Delite. She said she did not have Delite's last name. Do you think she tipped my attacker off I was at the Police Station. The NYPD showed bias every step of the way meeting with my attacker not me! The story is horrific and truly shows how much Bill Bratton's words ring hollow as I had to go about against IAB -- Internal Affairs Bureau which is like our 911 System is a convoluted high priced mess and in my opinion of corruption mostly designed to protect corrupt abusive cops. The NYPD and IAB humiliated me, abused me and my constitutional rights while protecting Dr Fagelman who did not fire Delita Hooks and the NYPD officers that were involved in yet another serious crime COERCION.
Let's see if Mr. Bratton goes by Ray Kelly's unspoken rule in my opinion…

I have 20 complaints with IAB and if IAB had done their job there would be none. One complaint against IAB is they IAB doesn't seem to understand the word Coercion and that coercion is a crime.

Hendricks again turning me away when I believe the First Precinct yet again violated my Constitutional Rights to walk in to a Police Station just like everyone else and report I want to upgrade Delita Hooks assault of me to 2nd degree assault. NYPD Lt. Hendricks informed me the First Precinct Det Squad was no allowing me to upgrade assault charges and would not speak to me since I was suing them. I have audio recorded before the lawsuit when supervisor Sgt Chen refuses to come down stairs and talk to me about why he told me I could come in and report the crime Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint and than turned me away and refused to come down and explain why he changed his mind. The reason they give me to turn me away isn't the excuse their lawyer gave me and I told her my audio recording contradicts what they have to say in the audio recording.

Ron Kuby's lawyer letter is shorthand for my client is being coerced -- he write I agree to drop the charges against MY ATTACKER if my ATTACKER drops the charges.
