Delita Hooks stood up yelling who are you! You have NO Rights when I politely and sweetly asked would you consider paper cups instead of styrofoam cups. She menaced me coming out from behind the long enclosed desk and when I realized I left my Iphone at the receptionist desk and retrieved it Delita Hooks positioned herself by the styrofoam cups at the exit violently giving me the finger.
That is when I alerted her I had my Iphone ready to document so please would she give me the finger again.
Note the NYPD involved refuse to give me badge numbers and the comptrollers office wants them -- so much for obeying protocol. I sent the fact they Det John Vergona and Sgt Chen of First Precinct Det Squad refuse to give me badge numbers and I ask their in process of retiring but still listed as a supervisor in writing Lt Angelo Burgos as well as DI Ed Winski commander in writing copies went to Kelly, Campisi and exiting Esposito.
Ironic but not thru the NYPD I was given Tax Numbers for Ed Winski, Vergona, and Sgt Chen.

The NYPD that took her false complaint to investigate never contacted me and in my opinion the corrupt Det John Vergona an evil creep told me he did not have to go to the office to investigate. The corrupt in my opinion detectives that interviewed Delita Hooks and the women in the video that my video proves are all liars was enough. He did not need to interview anyone else.
Adrian Schoolcraft's tapes and Det Harold Hernandez proof in my mind what the corrupt NYPD did to me not uncommon.
Internal Affairs had 90 days to respond and they have yet to call me or my MD and medical assistant never interviewed by the NYPD or IA and it is 4 months since Delita Hooks assaulted me and filed a false cross complaint. How is that for great policing.
My goal to testify in front of a commission about what was done to me. After Adrian Schoolcraft's trial we will get a commission like Knapp and Mollen.
