Wow am I am glad IA took my complaints away from CCRB when they could have left them because they were simply "discourteous" and "abuse of power" issues and wow IA gave fixing a crime to the "Integrity Division".

Mr. captian oh so wrong......that just got busted --- let me guess -- that was his first time beating up a woman....beating up anyone....he made it all the way to capt. without beating up anyone -- just now and it is the first time and oh it is the first time his victim a sgt in Domestic Violence lied about being beaten by him.
He is in IA maybe because he knows people with badges are expert at beatings and intimidation?

I was violently assaulted and u know what came first -- crazy verbal beat down, physically coming out from behind a long closed off desk, violently given the finger and than I started to film and let her know I was -- and the NYPD and Internal Affairs can't figure out this was 1) verbal threat to do bodily harm "I will slap the crap out of you" from Dr. Andrew Fagelman's Receptionist Office Manager Delita Hooks 2) than she takes off her shoes and runs and punches me in my eye causing bleeding in my eye a hole in my retina... I stood there like a human piñata but when she went to grab my hair and I put my arm up she must have scratched my forearm with the key dangling from her wrist.
3) than the next day -- sure hope she wasn't on Dr. Andrew Fagelman's time -- she waltz's in to the First Precinct and falses a false complaint a serious crime.
I have been asked..
Does Dr. Fagelman have a special relationship with the unions The Teachers Union, The NYPD....for instance? I was told by a teacher -- a small woman she want there because her union pushed him and she was not pleased and Delita Hooks was she used the b word. There are plenty of reviews on the internet on different sites giving fagelman and her the staff bad reviews. Yes he got some pals to write nice ones too.
Does Hooks have an NYPD in her family?
I don't know.
I was asked another one about hooks and fagelman because why wasn't she fired? Why wasn't she arrested.

FYI: There is no reason to hit a patient EVER. There was no reason to stand up and start yelling at me, following me as I tried to find my MD who has to date never been interviewed along with her assistant who interrupted Dr. Vine with a patient to get her after I had been violently assaulted but the NYPD never interviewed either of them. Why? Just wondering.
The NYPD Detectives that took Delita Hooks false complaint never contacted me.
Why did Det. John Vergona refuse to meet me the first day when he could not understand Apple computer macbook photobook flips the image. I repeatedly asked him please may I come down to the station to show him the damage to my eye and the defense wounds on my arm.
Det. John Vergona refused to meet me. He said he did not care if I had two black eyes. He said stop babbling. He was surprised I went to the doctor.
I have documentation proving after Hooks threatened me ran at me punching me in the eye -- I developed floaters in both eyes from having my neck jerked back when she violently grabbed my hair and would not let go...I had to defend myself after the third hit and took her down to the ground alway working to keep my body as far from her as possible.
I have documentation of bleeding in my eye. I have documentation of laser surgery to repair a hole in my retina. I have documenation of a 50 year old damaged neck that delita hooks damage more by yanking and pulling my hair even refusing to let go when the heavy woman in the video first asks her even kicking her.
Did the NYPD discuss any of this. No.
They swept it under the rug. Internal Affairs has had this for almost 3 months and they have not interviewed everyone either.
Excuse me if I think IA is too busy orchestrating hits on their own to shut down anymore NYPD ticket fixing.
Sounds like Capt Wrong should never have made it as far as he did and to Internal Affairs -- perhaps shows how crooked IA is but IA is also taking all all those that worked on the fixing in the bronx?
