rest until –- one way or another -- every penny of fraud is
recovered and returned to the City."

We know Rose Gill Hearn's dad has problems with simple math but he avoided jail because of his powerful connections which sure have helped Rose but Rose couldn't do simple math and she praised CityTime doing an informercial on NY1 and odds are high CityTime will end up in the dumpster.

Bharara can't be taken seriously until he breaks with Dept of Investigation the political arm of the mayors and a big joke because NYC gov is a revolving door of corruption and Bloomberg rewarded a culture of failure with the largest amount of tax payer dollars abused ever and mostly tech starting with ECTP 911 Tech System and still no criminal investigation let alone indictments.

Lucky for Mike and Chrissie no arrests NYC gov officials CityTime and ECTP....where did all the tax payer money go? Billions and to how many consultants, quality control....where did all the money go...
