I am a supporter of the NYPD and that means speaking up when corrupt cops are harming the good work the NYPD are doing and I am understating...

Here I am at the 9th Precinct before Slut Walk protest and by the way -- we were not allowed to stand in front of the precinct and protest.

Maybe if someone had listened to me and if we were also allowed to protest outside and more -- maybe crooked people connected to the NYPD or corrupt cops wouldn’t feel embolden to do what they do from rapes that we may never hear about to guns being stolen out of the 9th precinct to heroin in NYPD lockers like corrupt slim bucket Moreno of the 9th who’s female partner had praised him to the media before someone told her to shut up.

Hey Cy Vance rolled the heroin hidden in NYPD Rape Cop Kenneth Moreno’s locker at the 9th Precinct in to one year -- and I never heard a peep out of Internal Affairs -- not like IA was interested in getting to the bottom of the heroin or that everyone decided to sweep the heroin under the carpet.


Cy Vance, Joe Hell Bound Tacopina, your vile scummy pal Chad Venus Fly Trap Seigel who asks in court if vaginas snap shut like fly traps and Internal Affairs -- why oh why do you think someone very very connected with the NYPD 9th Precinct is able to go in repeatedly to the 9th Precinct and steal guns,
bullet proof pads and an Ipad and from the 7th floor -- from NYPD officers lockers?


Are you all embarrassed enough yet to do something because when I spoke up no one was interested.



I contacted Internal Affairs and asked -- do you think Moreno was bartering heroin for some kind of sex -- there is after all a pretty blonde addict I could think of as one potential target....I have seen her with black eyes so maybe she would do what ever if a corrupt cop like Moreno came by asking for some kind of sexual gratification.  

I called the FBI who referred me to the AG who’s rep laughed in my face when I said I wanted Cy Vance’s handling of the heroin in NYPD rape cop Moreno’s locker investigated.

Here you have 2 NYPD officers from the 9th Precinct calling an ambulance for a homeless person passed out on the street but the amoral stupid jurors that Joe Hell Bound Tacopina was counting on did come through believing NYPD Rape cop who in my opinion is a liar and he raped that drunk woman when in fact he and his partner should have called an ambulance like these 2 NYPD officers are doing and is do often in the E. Village but not when corrupt cops like Moreno are going to be sex predators --- and want to hump a woman that smells of vomit and out of it....



Not one person in the press had the courage to ask Joe Hell Bound Tacopina and his partner Chad Venus Fly Trap Seigel (Seigel and Tacopina must have had a good laugh over Seigel comparing the bruised rape victim of the NYPD Rape Cop Moreno vagina to a venus fly trap but -- no one will ask these slimy soulless NYPD rape cop lawyers why are rapes up in NYC and under reported.

Reminder -- than NYPD Rape Cop Pena was exposed -- raping a school teacher both anally and vaginally but amoral jurors did not punish him for that because a few convinced the jury the fact she could not remember the color of a car when she was being threatened to have her face blown off if she did not consent to him anally and vaginally raping her some how made her less than credible -- more proof of hatred and prejudice against females.    Jurors male and female so stupid and amoral they would believe she lied about being raped and their was more than enough proof but her word and witnesses proof enough....yet jurors decided a liar NYPD cop who threatened her at gun point counts.

NYPD Rape Cop Pena -- did you feel emboldened by Joe Tacopina’s bragging --- 1 800 rape away?


Pena’s defense lawyer counted on jurors believing a liar, a man that would threaten a woman at gun point and it worked!!!!

Remember I stood outside Tacopina and Seigel’s law firm and protested and I brought Veterans from World War 2, Korea and Viet Nam as well as two male LGBT activists but first I alerted Internal Affairs just in case Joe Tacopina has some special relationship with certain  NYPD and perhaps PBA?   When I go protest anywhere I usually give at least one Division of the NYPD if not more a heads up I am coming.

Joe Hell Bound Tacopina, One Termer Cy Vance and Internal Affairs any ideas why corrupt thugs feel embolden and confident they are above the law?
