Bloomberg and Rudy had their eyes on The White House -- just one reason they were so enthusiastic about SAIC.

Mike does not want to resign as mayor of New York City! Remember his legacy and the mega fortune he spent -- 150 million at least if you include slush abuse by him and his mini-me Christine Quinn who brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime and Mike is spending a fortune on his legacy. CityTime has Rudy roots and they are current and in my book scandalous. So are the massive criminal activity in all the tech contracts across the board NYC gov and Mike would not allow this abuse -- from theft to fraud to over billing if it was his private company but for his public empire he aided and abetted a revolving door of corruption and Mike Bloomberg reward a culture of failure!
