And than there is CityCrime SAIC style and why oh why was SAIC banned from all NY State and City contracts....are there two realities here?  Are SAIC's powerful friends and Bloomberg's doing some protection and here in NYC making sure media silence or else folks might be calling for Team Bloomberg's resignation and Christine Quinn's?

Yikes SAIC's auditors Deloitte also listed separate failure Deloitte being sued RICO charges.
