SAIC refuses to admit guilty and they are guilty.
They did these corrupt activity pre-Gerard Denault duping the FBI, also our tax payer money with a system called Triology I believe that like CityTime (a payroll system)  does not work.

SAIC loves systems that are lemons so they can bill tax payers for years and years.

We will have to throw out CityTime and it will never ever save us money.
I demanded SAIC take down their website bragging about CityTime.
SAIC has removed the citytime website.

Rudy brought in CityTime which we did not need.  We had autotime which could have been expanded and Rudy brought in SAIC.

Where are the arrests and when are we going to get all the money that was stolen and or frauded by SAIC and so many sub-contractors.

I want arrests at City Hall, SAIC and sub-contractors.

Instead 3 alleged crooks have flown out of the country to places we do not have extradition which will cost tax payers even more.

The fix was in.  No bid contracts.

Another company possible implicated is Gartner owned by Glenn Hutchins.  He and Rupert Murdoch sit on the Partnership for NY.  Sally Goldenberg of the NY Post revealed Gartner agreed to pay Spherion a percentage of what they billed but oops Spherion was caught stealing 80 million in CASH lying on the time sheets!

What is Gartner's role in NYC gov.

Why are some people above scrutiny?

Mark Guma dismissed some campaign debt Cy Vance owed him.  Does that mean Cy Vance owes Mark a chip or two and Mark's wife who has been written up by Jim Dwyer in The NY Time alleging Christine Quinn, now Mark Guma's boss as he runs her mayoral compaign  and Guma's wife Maura Keaney were alleged to have used intimidation and suffered integrity lapses.....Maura worked with Haggerty on Bloomberg's campaign and Mike Bloomberg broke campaign laws which carries up to a year in jail.

Is our Manhattan DA worthless and is Preet Bharara just over run by massive corruption from Albany to City Hall that he just can't stop criminals from jumping on air planes to far away countries with hundred of millions of our tax dollars?

Just wondering out loud?  Karen Shaffer who was exposed in The NYTimes for using her CityTime manually to write in $22,000 worth of hours she did not work as in stealing has yet to be arrested or required to return the money.

Why are some people Teflon at NYC gov and their pals and companies they give deals with no competitive bids above the law.  Why is SAIC allowed to lie and say not guilty.  They had auditors and accountants and Gerard Denault had bosses and the FBI debacle proves SAIC had done this before!!!!!!!!   Rudy brought in SAIC and two lawyers very connected to him that worked for NYC gov are big time lobbyists Powers for SAIC -- can't do lobbying for SAIC here no more...and Agostino Congemi -- Technodyme can't do lobbying for Technodyne no more -- the owners the Allens flew to India and we are wondering about getting $450 million back from them....  Agostino and his buddy ex big cheese dept. of DOITT that attended Mike's daughter's wedding are both big time lobbyist including for another big company implicated in CityTime 2 - the 911 Tech System called ECTP.
