Capt. Winksi brings PEACE to Prince Street re: Vet Vendors at least for now
Aug. 14th I now have filled 3 complaints against Capt. Winski for harassing Vet Vendors and turning a blind eye to illegally parked cars. http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2010/08/illegally-parked-cars-never-move-when.html

Aug. 9 adding this: Before you read this you better go to my blog search engine and type in Mercer Hotel. I posted this with caution and with hope but it is important you read the series and look at the photos.
Capt. Winski made a visit to the Mercer Hotel today and when he exited he brought only peace to the streets no reign of terror or should I say tickets.
Perhaps Capt. Winski used the wisdom of King Solomon...for now today it was peaceful for all...
.... except one who also exited the hotel and did so in a creepy grinning way that might remind someone of "The Shining" and or the residue of a garbage truck filled to the brim on a 108 degree day...yes you guessed it -- Michael Rawson.
I will be xeroxing my letter "Betrayal at Ground Zero" from The Wall Street Journal that talks about the ultimate sacrifice of our rescue workers and how I wanted them honored so the judge can see I have great respect for front line heroes but when I ask for a raise for the NYPD in a letter in The New York Times it is not so the NYPD can give ridiculous and wrong tickets to our Veterans and ditto for Aritst and their 1st Amendment rights. Many of the FDNY, NYPD and EMS that died Sept. 11 were also decorated Veterans as well as decorated by their departments.
Anyway I am too tired to write anymore on this topic but I have letters to write to judges and I will be watching Prince Street with hope and also caution.
Thank you Capt. Winski!
I will email Commissioner Kelly my new blog posting since I have emailed him others and they were not filled with praise.
