Eric Garner clearly states in his own handwriting that his constitutional rights his body will violated eight years ago on top of which the NYPD committed crimes.
The NY Times won't let you read Eric in his own words and someone even went to Eric Garner's and Wikipedia page and tried to cover up the fact the New York Times has yet to share his hand written lawsuit!
My case his case the NYPD broke laws my case they lied and police reports threaten me coerced me protected everyone that threatened me in a pile up of crimes from the doctors to the 1st Precinct to One Police Plaza and Internal Affairs 100 percent guilty as well.
Eric garner and I were victims under Ray Kelly and Bratton. Eric was killed but I am alive and under O'Neill it's the same old same old with O'Neill.
The NYPD clearly knew who Eric was they knew eight years ago when according to Eric Garner the NYPD committed crimes and violated his constitutional rights and they knew when they killed him who he was -- they knew he was overweight and not going to out run them -- fact he wasn't running he wasn't moving -- there was no reason to jump on him in front of the glass window!
He wasn't running anywhere - from his hand written lawsuit it's clear he is a victim of police crimes a false prosecution by the DA and he was never going to get a fair and just try out anywhere... that's my interpretation now he's dead and any critic of the NYPD anybody who gets in their way could fall victim. Rest falls prosecution or murder by the NYPD and blamed for their own death when it is the NYPD's fault.
.@LorettaLynch @TheJusticeDept FBI protect systemic NYPD crimes Eric Garner pro se says NYPD violated rights & law http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2016/10/eric-garner-handwritten-lawsuit-8.html?m=1
Do you think the New York FBI branch are as racist and misogynist as the NYPD or slightly less?
FBI treat the NYPD like their Bernie Madoff, Wall St Banks or defense contractors stealing on nyc's 911 all Teflon
I'm alleging the New York FBI has been protecting systemic corruption in the police department and has way too cozy a relationship with Internal Affairs.
