I did not discuss Dowd with Brian Connell but based on my phone calls with Brian Connell and he did not get back to me on CCRB taking my case back I want Connell to step down as well.

I asked Tom Mahoney NYPD Inspector General's lead investigator  - do you have police in your family?    He said yes?   I said I knew it.  I had a gut feeling.

CCRB interim head Brian Connell under Bratton’s pal Richard Emery agreed he might take my case back and that even though 2 cops retired it would be on their record so I wrote him a letter asking he re-open my cases involving Dr Fagelman’s NYPD fixers abuse of power and discourteous and added Andy Dwyer since I didn’t have his name back than.   CCRB a waste but I want a record and like Eric Garner if I am murdered there is a federal record like his lawsuit from 7 years ago


Chief Chuck Dowd nypd son of nypd royalty was taking graft === NYDN reported it from Verizon —   do you really think he only took graft along with his pals from Verizon.

I have audio alleging he took compensation FirstNet   audio IAB says he didn’t steal millions….


if you read John Liu’s press releases HP Verizon NG over billing —   I told  him this guy from HP is connected to  ////////////  retired NYPD and Dowd.

The HP guy opened the flood gates to robbery but Mark Peters says no crime why to protect Bloomberg, Rose Gill Hearn etc.    911 was open season looting tax payer money not one arrest

I told him coercing me the NYPD way coercion a tool to fix crime lower stats but they wanted to retaliate.   

I mailed DVD of NYPD IG investigator Tom Mahoney audios and Delita Hooks attacking me --- audios of this youtube you see above, audios of IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell refusing evidence, audio of NYPD Sgt Chen refusing to come down and talk with me and you hear me being turned away prevented from reporting Delita Hooks false cross complaint as well as me calling CCRB, Internal Affairs and NYPD CO DI Ed Winski who both Ray Kelly and Bratton promoted.
