Commentary sent to me:"It has come to my attention that on June 10, 2015, 'Bikini Dina' Nesheiwat and
Chad Seigel have filed "motions" with their new counsel to dismiss charges made
against them by Jane Doe, represented by Tim Parlatore, a lawyer also repping
Bernie Kerik, the former disgraced NYC Police Commissioner.
As I reported
earlier, Judge Kenny has delayed making decisions on the prior motions and has
exceeded the 60-day rule, which, may allow this Motion to sneak in before these
old motions were decided. If I was Mr. Parlatore, I would demand those motions
be retracted until the other motions are decided first. There must be no games
allowed by either side in this matter.
As usual the Tacopina associates are
relying on technicalities and their own assumptions of the law to gain an
advantage. Tim Parlatore should remind the Judge of the 60-day rules and allow
no motions until she decided what was before her months and months ago. If you
leave the door a crack open, this is the type of games you get.
Judge
Kenney, the NY Bar questioned your competence and the delays you are having
simply making judicial decisions are inappropriate. Do not allow this Motion to
sneak in before your decisions and MAKE A DECISION ALREADY - YOU HAVE A DUTY TO
