CCRB forwarded my case to internal affairs under Ray Kelly because they believe the NYPD may have committed a crime but I asked they take my case back because I had already sent my case to internal affairs and I was concerned that they were just going to fix it but if CCRB held onto my case the NYPD would've had to testify under oath rather than internal affairs fixing it.
The NYPD Inspector General the civilian complaint board and CCRB have all sent my case to internal affairs who continues to line police reports and fix it over and over again under Ray Kelly and Bill Bratton.
Det John Vergona's lawyer corp counsel appellate court has conceded that the detective was rude so I haven't had time yet but I need to Xerox said and him that into CCRB and demand yet again they take back my case and investigate it. If not I want to file a notice of claim against Richard Emery.
