I am including city council Tony Avella’s letter to you and I remind you I have contacted you directly re: my ad sense account being abused by a fellow YouTube partner as well as my YouTube channel
being removed before an election Mike Bloomberg barely won, a Joe Tacopina YouTube removed, 2 YouTubes of my being a savagely assaulted, the assault YouTube of Dr Fagelman’s receptionist running punch to my eye as well as an SAIC YouTube getting age restrictions which after a long battle were removed, a series of YouTubes of than Mayor Bloomberg’s NYPD Intelligence body guards were threatened with removal — it took Google YouTube way too long but eventually Google YouTube does the right thing but not without empowering often anonymous sock puppets removing my YouTubes or censoring them and their rankings with unfair age restrictions that force users to sign up for Gmail aka Googlemail and prove their age….
I am reminding you of years of harassment and it seems to me in all cases I am the victim of aggravated harassment, censorship and discrimination where I am singled out and targeted with one goal to silence me and or cleverly limit my reach.
In this case I can’t help but think it is an inside job because I call Delita Hooks Dr Andrew Fagelman’s receptionist office manager the ray rice of medical reception but the WORST part of the violence including the running punch to my eye, grabbing my hair trying to drag me by my hair to the elevator and her repeatedly kicking me with her barefoot only successfully touching my vaginal area but not hurting me because I am moving away from this crazy violent unprofessional liar is after the video shuts off; her false cross complaint, police reports where all lied prove and if it takes me testifying in front of the US Senate in 5 to 10 years to tell my story and demand Federal Laws to hold the NYPD, IAB and DA accountable that is my goal along with other victims from across the entire country.
Right now I predict I will be in court at least another year or 2 with this case. I am also filing ethics complaints against the Manhattan DA and have to tell the Supreme Court Committee the YouTube is now age restricted for violence yet no arrest and my attacker Dr Fagelman's receptionist is not fired either but mysteriously not one Ray Rice YouTube is age rated as well as countless YouTubes I have sent your Legal dept who has told me to appeal but I have responded all to all links to appeal are broken including via Community standing which states I am a youTube partner and in good standing and the video itself which has the yellow triangle but does not allow me to click on a appeal.
The fix is and I am being discriminated yet again. Google YouTube has a long history of proof I am the victim of aggravated harassment, false flagging and you have made improvements but clearly not enough and my abusers have one goal to censor me and in this case limiting my access to my audience and it is wrong to force People to obtain a gmail account to see my patient rights and my body being repeatedly violated but compared to news clips what you see on camera deserves no age rating. In fact YouTube has teenagers acting as violent as Delita Hooks but with no age restrictions. In my case this YouTube also proves my attacker filed a false cross complaint which there is a link to in all YouTubes that I obtained by paying 15 dollars and writing in to One Police Plaza and a link to Det John Vergona’s DD5 where he blatantly lied again as the video proves. He stated we tussled not that I was attacked which the video clearly shows.
I am writing you Pro Se as my own lawyer right now as I had done in the past re: Ad Sense and that problem was cleared up.
My lawyer is busy but if this age restriction isn’t cleared up you will be hearing from my lawyer soon.
