The new York daily news who will not allow me to comment has finally done an article exposing Gartner Group who is protected for years under Mayor Bloomberg as they were allowed in my opinion to overbill grossly.

Glenn wisely sold all his Gartner stock haps fearful that the truth about Gartner and NYC Gov under Bloomberg would come out?
Than mayor Bloomberg was allowing huge overbilling in my opinion by Gartner advising New York City on everything from 911 to Board of elections and everything but how to put toilet paper on a roller.
Mayor Bloomberg allowed technology projects consultants and lobbyist to get away with what I alleges criminal activity pushing crappy tech contracts while overbilling grossly and everyone profited greatly. It was criminal but yet you have the new Dept investigation head saying it's mismanagement noncriminal.
911 tech corruption was a cesspool of criminal activity my opinion overbilling simple math but it remains to tell of two cities from Bloomberg to de Blasio covering up corruption with all involved above the law yet the NYPD continue cracking down on poor and middle class. The NYPD caught in my case COERCION fixing and internal affairs let them walk. I can lead twice to false arrest by the same detective squad I'll which helped out a retired cop with one goal to shut up a whistleblower.
How many think the NYPD or Retired NYPD are capable of murder?
How many retired cops involved in contracts New York City government and looking at NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd who took gifts along with others from a 911 contractor - Dowd and active police officer at the time was also sitting on the board of FirstNet which could turn into a national corrupt version of our own 911 Tech corrupt mess. FirstNet budget 7 million -- our corrupt mess over 2 billion.
We seen active police officer involved in corruption in my opinion with 911 gets to sit on a board when the New York daily news revealed Ray Kelly appointed him with no real tech experience. The corruption is astounding and the coverups even bigger.
