April 22, 2014 Mark Peters told me all allegations of corruption 911 including over billing by tech contractors was internal affairs jurisdiction and I had a call them. I have phone records emails to prove it... It is hard to believe Mark Peters would lie under oath about telling me to contact internal affairs. Mark would not get on the phone with me but had his secretary talk for him to me so she would have to testily as well. It was almost comical. I believe he will tell the truth that he told me to contact internal affairs.
