FBI Did Not Understand 911 Connection to Internal Affairs 2 years ago

I spoke to FBI Agent about internal affairs.  

I learned the NYPD I don't know two years ago?  

You think anybody at the federal Bureau of investigation is finally doing the math were they were willfully obtuse all along and the FBI and IAB hope you like Cy Vance Preet Bharara Loretta Lynch see no evil?

Yes me to make report which I did but he did not understand that I continually went back to 911.  

Like everybody else thought I was going off on a tangent wasn't.  

Now internal affairs is in charge of investigating 911 tech corruption.  

Internal affairs cannot even investigate police corruption let alone Pass to understand the complexity of overbilling involving 911 by contractors and consultants and gee guess what how many Retired NYPD work.  

What we learned is that some may be working for them before retirement?

The NYPD an internal affairs fix crime in my opinion based on my own experience.

911 is the NYPD and Ray Kelly Bloomberg's tax payer titanic. 

The Chief dowd have a top position because of his NYPD lineage.  It is all in the family and a yes man.  

Was great that he did not know technology. 

I've heard the same about Northrop Grumman their dealings with New York City government including sanitation.
