Alex Rodriguez May not pay Joe Tacopina but no one will hire him after he filed a lawsuit stating his ex client/ friend Kerik committed Perjury

Joe Tacopina should've been disbarred in my opinion along time ago.   Joe played let's make a deal in my opinion with a client who couldn't and to Joe's career right then and there for sleeping  his wife. My guess is Joe Tacopina played let's make a deal with the US attorney and he's hoping they'll send his ex best friend partner client back to jail and Joe just played let's make a deal with the New York daily news.  It looks like Joe is out of control in my opinion.

Joe Tacopina is confident the US attorney is going to protect him in my opinion -- Joe Tacopina call the informant lawyer.   Joe is continuing to lose control of what little judgment he has in his newest and text going after Kerik for perjury have put another nail in his coffin.

Richard Calder in my opinion is not ethical and he's withholding important information because of his relationship with Joe acting like a secretary not a news reporter.  

Who would hire Joe Tacopina after the Alex Rodriguez major-league baseball fiasco, then Tacopina loses his mind acting like a moron suing the New York daily news and two  sports reporters as if the first amendment doesn't exist and now this.  Joe calls up his girlfriend Richard Calder at the New York Post who has yet to report that Kerik has a new lawyer. Either he didn't read my blog or just too scared to even say the words "Tim Palatore".  

If Kerik could go to jail for perjury than Kerik should pull a Snowden and dump the US attorney's documents he was told he's not allowed to use to expose the real Joe Tacopina.

 Then he should call anyone that Joe ratted out and asked Joe under oath if he lied to the US attorney?  I'm not saying that Joe lied but I am questioning whether Joe  did lie so save himself throwing other people under the bus because that's the kind of creep he is?

One place Joe Tacopina aka The Informant lawyer aka Crap-o-pina aka Fecal doesn't want to go just like Alex Rodriguez is into court and testify under oath.   

Question is Alex Rodriguez refusing to pay Joe Tacopina because A-Rod may not be the brightest guy but he finally figured out that he was suckered and there was no way he could win that case so true or false he's refusing  to pay Joe Tacopina $2 million and Joe is too vulnerable  right now to even go after Alex Rodriguez (Tacopina's ATM) because he fears A-Roid might run to Bernie Kerik's new lawyer?

I have no idea but I just wonder. I get sent so many things I don't publish all of them but see the legal jargon number two:Formal Opinion 456"  Not from a lawyer but looks good to me.

I am guessing Kerik's new lawyer Tim Parlatore can expose Joe Tacopina j-Fraud for what he is like MLB taking a big fan and blowing away the smoke and mirrors too expose a dope in my opinion with connections (burnt a lot of bridges but still has friends) who is more aggressive than intelligent and Joe is addicted to Threating People and face time.  People say Joe belongs in jail.   Joe Tacopina also called The Informant lawyer (Crap-0-pina says not true) hired Judd who I'm happy to report is even more arrogant than Joe in my opinion. 

Dear Joe Crap-o-pina:

1)Is it ethical to take $20,000 and sleep with the clients wife?

 2) You don't have to character so how can you sue someone for defamation of character?  Didn't you underscore my point with your frivolous lawsuit against the New York daily news where you drop the case and took a zero dollars after choosing to good sports reporters for defamation so therefore you agreed to zero dollars confirming your character worth 0 ?

Is it unethical for attorneys to file "defamation" lawsuits to counter ethical grievances that are filed  to the NY Dept. Discipline Committee. In fact, this very issue was the subject of "Formal Opinion 456" of the Committeeon Professional Ethics of the New York State Bar Association (dated 1/5/77). It is a very important opinion from the Bar. It was and still is the position of the N.Y. Bar Association that suing clients who file grievances is not in the "public" interest (See attached)

3) how about going after him first frivolous lawsuit MLB (ask for Alex Rodriguez's help), the New York daily news lawsuit and suing Bernie Kerik. 

Joe Tacopina is toxic waste.  He's radioactive.  After the latest no one will ever want to hire him.  Ask Alex Rodriguez if he would recommend Joe Tacopina has a lawyer. 

It's happy US attorney ask Joe under oath if he received any money from the woman that referred Alex Rodriguez to him?  I'm sure he would say no and if any transactions were done would be done in cash.   US attorney and Joe know Joe has learned don't leave a trail when it comes to cash right?

ASI question because I have concerns of the US attorney is protecting Joe and his lesson ethical behavior in my opinion?
