Why does SAIC continue to get contracts when they consistently appear in my opinion to not be ethical.

SAIC was banned from doing any business with New York city government in New York State government but mysteriously SAIC looks like they got the hands on the 911 contract (very smart not to call 911 but first net)

on the West Coast despite getting in trouble in Oakland and despite SAIC getting in trouble in Oakland people hard does not think it's a violation of the deferred prosecution agreement here in New York!!!!!

Scott Stringer comes in as nyc Comptroller a job he's not qualified for he admits he cannot do his own taxes and the first thing he does is remove John Lui's historic press release from May 31, 2012 demanding a criminal investigation into 911.

No the Manhattan DA Cy Vance refused to do a criminal investigation do the math!!!!!

Doing deals with top contractors tied to the White House is supposed to help get jobs possibly at the White House but it backfired for Rudy Mike and Ray.

  I wonder who in California is fine for job at the White House and hired SAIC hoping to get get there ?

In my opinion it will backfire because SAIC just cannot be ethical.

My opinion SAIC was stealing way before do not what's even hired and Rose gill Hearn  and to damage control for Rudy and Mike.  Mike Bloomberg gave her too powerful kickback jobs for her work fixing for him on citytime 911 Board of elections 311 NYCAPS FDNY wireless Nycwins, board of Ed Tech messes,
