Lower East Side Children's Magical Garden Supporters SOS!!!
Dear Children's Magical Garden Supporters,
After CMG's recent invasion by a developer, we've been asked to represent Children's Magical at our next community board meeting, tomorrow.
It is vitally important that we show our community board, press and politicians the strength of our numbers to save Children's Magical Garden, representing one of our city's important community gardens. Come stand, hold banners, and speak (2 minutes each).
Tomorrow, May 28th 6:30 PM Sharp
Community Board 3 meeting
P.S. 20 (right across from Children's Magical Garden)
166 Essex Street entrance (F JMZ to Delancey/Essex)
We are part of the public session, which means that we get to go first, so please be on time.
Also tomorrow, May 28thstarting at 2 PM- 6:15, we will be painting signs and signing the petition across the street at Children's Magical Garden (entrance on Stanton St. between Essex and Norfolk.)
It will be a joyful evening. Please join us! Bring your children! Share this with your friends, neighbors, and students.
Details of the situation:
Attached you will also find our print petition (on-going) for those of you who would like to help by having your networks and community gardens sign it.
