Vegan Two Days Trying to Heal PTS From Violent Assault

I can't maintain it but I have been vegan two days hard core from the best Juice Vegan place in town  and one veg macro oriented meal....all loving good People -- mostly through out my day I have very loving interactions with People.

I miss the crazy consumption pasta, bread, de-caf America's ---- really miss lots of bread and butter and cheese but something feels wrong with my body and two days of Juice Press feel better.  I would have the occasional glass of wine but not up to it.  Even one glass of wine felt hard on my body.

The cold weather and being violently assaulted by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist 155 Spring st really upset and my body went through weight loss and now weight gain.

I do feel some what better but very tired.

I am went to a photo lab in chelsea -- super kind wonderfully people -- one young woman I would love to have as my daughter she had such beautiful humanity.

Every where I went I handed out Dr. Fagelman assault cards explain how is receptionist assaulted me and damaged my eye and hurt my next assaulting me three times before I defended myself.

I went up to a wonder FDNY senior officer in his SUV type vehicle and gave him my card.  I told him about my letter in The Wall St. Journal "Betrayal at Ground Zero" and about what happened to me.

I told him I still care about the FDNY and good cops just not corrupt cops.

He was so kind to me and he said what many people say to me.  I am sorry this happen to you.

The abusers involved -- Dr. Fagelman, his violent receptionist office manager Delita Hooks and the corrupt cops including Sgt. Chen who practically laughed you are the one who got assaulted at the Doctor's office never said sorry this happen to you....  Sgt. Chen didn't seem to care he said I was assaulted.

I get so upset....and eating lots of carbs and fats are like taking a sedative...

I am too weak to work-out -- maybe I can try later...all though feel like I need to rest...

exhausted from the trauma of the assault and working every day for justice re: the assault the NYPD corrupt handling of it -- waiting for Internal Affairs and also all the mega corruption NYC mixed with cold weather -- exhausted....just wiped out....

This photo I look great and so camera angles everything but since it I have not eaten any animal meat and I love the photos of the pig.  I carry the one with me that is amazing.
