I have to pick my iPhone up from the ground after she hits my hand and the phone and the camera continues filming the assault a second hit to my phone and hand and than as I continue to back away she takes off her shoes and runs at me punching me in the eye.
I was a human piñata and only than did I fight back to defend my self to protect myself as if my right just like I have patient rights to privacy so how did she get my name after she was seen menacing me stalking me leaving her desk -- not easy - she had to come out from behind a long desk and pass how many people as she menaced me and when I left and she violently gave me the finger and looked so pleased I thought I was a safe distance to document the menacing assault.
Who knew she would escalate her verbal assaulting me trash talking me loudly in front of staff and patients to following me over as I searched for Dr Vine who say me removed a cyst and immediately right after but the corrupt NYPD refused to interview her and the women at that long desk by the examining room who I asked what with her motioning to Delita Hooks who had followed me over and appeared to be mumbling to herself as she stared at me.

Besides the video I have medical reports from my MD, a neck specialists, two eye MD's noting there is blood in my left eye and a hole was later found in the same left eye from we believe the assault and the retina md conceded that floaters in both eyes could be from her jerking my head back when she violently grabbed my hair and wrenched my head back pulling my hair endlessly even when I got her to the floor in an attempt to get her away from me and stop the assault she would not let go.
The heavy woman in the assault video says to me let go of her and I held up my hands as my body was bent over and my groin as far away as possible -- she held my hair and kicked me in the groin barely making contact but she did hit the heavy one with one of her kicks. I said she is holding me.
The heavy woman did get her to finally let go of me -- my hair.
A neck specialist confirmed from the MRI my neck was a mess from the assault but she aggravated it and my neck is in worse shape.
Delita Hooks was not fired and returned to her desk to work. I called Dr Vine's receptionist who sits next to me and asked for Delita Hooks name. The woman gave me her first name mis spelled and refused to give me hooks last name. I said if I didn't give me her name I would have called 911 she would have been taken away in handcuffs. He told me it would go no where unless I returned to where I was assaulted and called 911 but I didn't want to leave the safety of the precinct and the available bathroom because I have fibriods collapsing my bladder.

I am waiting to hear from IA and I am sending in Notice of claim which will include IA as I have yet to hear from them and the Notice of Claim is going to two federal agencies I hope that can begin to hold the NYPD and Internal Affairs accountable -- listen to the Adrian Schoolcraft audio recordings and the Ramos case and tell me fixing, favors and NYPD corruption goes on only in the Bronx.
