Going to bed soon so no calls ppplllleeeeeaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee! My alarm clock on my phone. I want to eat as early as possible because I won't be wearing diapers and the only public toilets I know of are in City Hall! Will the NYPD let me use toilets on the 2nd floor City Hall dressed like this?

Well maybe I will find out 2 morrow.
