CityTime SAIC Whistle Blowing Letter Feb. 2003 Says it All

The letter which you can see and read yourself posted on Cheating Culture says it all and refers to other communications prior to Feb. 2003 that would indicate again less than ethical behavior by SAIC but at some point after this letter Feb. 2003 SAIC is not longer be dressed down.

Mike Bloomberg acts like he owns stock in SAIC and pushes SAIC and an expansion of CityTime.  Mike Bloomberg wanted to give SAIC everything asked for in the renewal of the contract but Local 375 DC37 who fought harder than Muhammad Ali won the battle and John Liu set up constraints and goals with limits and in fact penalties if SAIC did not meet standards agreed on.

Interesting Bloomberg pushed for a full renewal and his puppet Christine Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime brought by Tish James.

Will the CityTime trial ever begin and do we need a 2nd CityTime SAIC trial that goes back in time -- Rudy Time?    What CityTime a lemon from the get go -- no lemonade?
