Suzannah and Guy friend to dress-up as Christine Quinn and Emily Giske

We will rent SUV and my friend is 6 foot LGBT activist - we are dressing up as Christine Quinn and he will be Emily Giske (mega a millionaire lobbyist rules Christine Quinn) and we will be chauffeured around in our NYC gov SUV paid for by tax payers.
