NYPD Reform but No interested in Mega-City Crime NYC Gov.

I get emails sent to me to attend NYPD Reform meetings.

I am too pooped and stretched too thin but my question is how can you have reform without working with the NYPD?

If the NYPD do anything wrong I won't defend it and I have given the NYPD Rape cops hell including for the heroin in NYPD rape cops locker and the Manhattan DA should be punished for as well for rolling the charge in to one year.  I called every agency you can and cannot imagine to follow up and I was brushed off.  The Attorney General's office almost laughed in my face and say vote Cy Vance out but they weren't going to do squat...not quoting but that was my interruption of the conversation.

The NYPD must be improved but that applies to every part of NYC government and Albany but I can't get anyone interested in that or the largest pay-out -- money returned plus damages from the CityTime Debacle and that is mind blowing no one is interested!  Mind blowing!

The NYPD is like an group.  They have their good apple and bad.  I don't take for granted the good deeds and actions that make it possible to walk down the street but I agree yes to reform and that includes working with the NYPD to achieve the goal and ditto for NYC gov which is a cess poll and revolving door of corruption.  Bloomberg rewards a culture of failure richly with tax payer dollars -- something he would not do if it was his private empire vs. his public.
