NYPD the Good and Bad

Some of my friends very angry with NYPD - there are good and bad just like in any group and it is not ok to erase the good because of bad apples. Just like all of NYC gov starting with Bloomberg - the worst of mayors with his inability to grasp he actually serves the People all NYC gov needs improvement as does NYPD. An older woman than me and I am 49 heard me chatting and asked how to contact NYPD for a children's program and involves James and the Giant Peach. I told her to start with the community affairs dept of the precinct where the school is.
