New New 9th Precinct Positive talk parking placards

New commander a Capt. who name I can't pronounce -- always joke English not my first language and I spoke to a new Lt.  

I am glad the 9th has new people.  Lt and I had a positive talk and I had known from talking to Internal Affairs the outdated NYPD placards parked by the precinct where not the police officers fault.

Anyway very positive and made me feel better about the 9th.

Dubbed the 9th the "new new 9th Precinct".

I know some of my activist friends very down on NYPD but there are and always have been good NYPD and I do believe in them and appreciate they good they do that can and is taken for granted.
