Everyone NYC gov including Bill Thompson and Dept of Investigation and Christine Quinn and City Council with a few exceptions like Tish James let the People of NYC be robbed of what I believe is billions combined if you look at all over runs on tech NYC gov contracts - gov contracts period including all outsourcing for "quality control" the term itself laughable and advisors like Gartner. Why we have paid Gartner for advise on everything but how to use a toilet is beyond me. Rose Gill Hearn with an uber connected Daddy who just got a wrist slap for his own mini corrupt spending came in after the famous CityTime SAIC letter so 1) Why did the head of DOI leave? Was he actually going to do his job? Just joking. DOI is the political arm of the mayor. I want to know where are all DOI investigators on SAIC from that era on now and ditto on Richard Valcich once a hero head of office of payroll nyc gov kicking SAIC's ass now with zero to say. I want the money back tax payer money back for the People of NY on all gov contracts where they went over millions to mega millions that collectively adds up to billions that made a small group of people wealthier and left the City with flawed crappy systems and I believe CityTime will be tossed in the garbage so I want a full credit from SAIC plus damages for all the working payroll systems we tossed = over a billion dollar settlement plus $ and damages from ALL sub-contractors that bilked us on cityTime. Ditto for all contracts NYC gov. Mike Bloomberg, Mark Page and 2 mayoral wannabes Quinn and Thompson allowed City Crime - largest white collar crimes ever NYC gov history. ps US Attorney CityTime went back in time pre- Denault. Valcich letter proves something very wrong. We need a flow chart of city workers way back when and where they are now including DOITT and Rudy staffers.
