PC World List's CityTime has one of the top ten failed systems of 2012 and on the list is SAIC's auditors being sued on an unrelated matter and guess what with RICO so any possibility that when SAIC was screwing over the People of NYC that SAIC's auditors looked the other way about how about NYC gov. auditors and oh yeah all the contractors, sub-contractors, quality control experts...uh huh and all the tech contracts -- hell let's look at all the contracts NYC gov....where is the transparency?


CityTime (an Orwellian Time clock brought in my Rudy -- who thew out a system that worked created and run by NY City Workers for The Tax Payer's Titanic brought in SAIC who screwed us big time and would have continued if Spherion -- doing quality control hadn't gotten caught stealing 80 million dollars of our tax payer money in CASH!!
