Rewind: Thanks to Silvia Sanza for her Interview of me+ See U Tonight!

http://www.swapyourmama.com/suzannah-troy-activist-2/

Silvia Sanza has this great new website called swap your mama -- check it out.

Silvia is a superb photographer -- look at the photo she took at me in the article.  It was a St. Vincent’s protest and I hope to see her tonight at our next one.

I start my days at the crack of dawn and it was freezing on 12th St this am so I am scary tired.

Louis and I did a brief protest and said hello to Occupy Wall St. Healthcare Group and than left to get some food and rest after our protesting around St. Vincent’s and the area this am.

We will both be back tonight.

FYI:  I finally met Capt. Winski today after all this time and he is now a Deputy Inspector of the 1st Precinct like his younger brother now retired DI Peter Winski who joined the NYPD before him.  I teased DI Ed Winski about his broken arm.  He was a good sport and no hard feelings although I am sure if I broke the law he would arrested me of course!

On a sad traumatic note -- I found an NYDN article on Peter being the commander when there was one of the most horrific rape cases in NYC and I am glad to say they caught the monster who I believe crazy glued her eyes shut. I am too tired to search for the article but here is text from a piece now removed...

"Cops yesterday were hunting for a sadistic rapist who slit the eyelids of his victim ...leaving her bound and with a pillow case over her head, cops and .... But [ investigators] are going over it with a fine-tooth comb," Deputy Inspector Peter Winski...”

Well I was surprised how nice DI Ed Winski was today and I also chatted with a group of NYPD officers at Union Square and they agreed with me that we need a full service hospital in the W. Village.  Again on a very sad note I asked them weren’t the 2 auxiliary NYPD officers that were shot to death taken to St. Vincent’s and they confirmed yes.  Very heart breaking very sad -- we need hospitals all over NYC to be open...instead The White House bailed out banks and rich men the bailed out got big bonuses but no bail outs for hospitals.  ps  the gray hairs on my head first came in when the than Capt. Ed Winksi was ticketing Vets most especially a very senior Korean War Vet as poor as a church mouse although Ed Winski did catch a bank robber which is very cool. Winski gave me greys - I made complaints but I did commend him for this and I am very serious - think Jennifer Moore http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2010/08/capt-winski-underage-drinking-sting-why.html

I have to take a nap now and not think for a while.

See you at 7PM

p.s.  There is Deputy Inspector Ed Winski over seeing 6 arrests OWS trespass Bank of America.
