NYPD Traffic Agents Illegally Tickets Including Handicap Veteran

Imagine leaving loved ones to go fight in a foreign land. While NYC Gov courtesy of Bloomberg rains down traffic tickets and I hear some are blatantly illegal but hey they have quota, NYPD has been exposed ticket fixing and favors also PBA officials and for rich connected people and rumor is gov officials who are being protected. Got this comment and I quote down below from handicapped Vet who went down 9/11 and days after helping pick up the dead's body parts. One of my Vets has a corrupt Judge enforcing wrong corrupt quota tickets. From now one I will blast Judge's name on my blog. "I wish I could be - ABOVE the LAW. I get tickets with my VALID NYC SPV(Handicap-placard) in my vehicle.I caught a traffic agent giving me a ticket the other day,i said "Dont you see the handicap placard",he said ahhh just send the ticket in.Like I always say America is a GOOD country now...............if your not American." ps from Suzannah - America rewards the greedy selfish ruthless. FYI, I could not get traffic agent and his bosses to ticket blatantly forged NYPD placard!!!!
