Just curious any updates on what in theory could be the number rip-off 911 tech system called ECTP and just out of curiosity can we have a press conference -- a break down on every contractor and sub-contractor starting with Verizon, Northrop Grumman and Hewlett Packard etc.   (Tee hee look at lobbyists and play connect the dots to which mayor profited big time and gave us citytime and which mayor’s daughter invited her ex boss at DOITT turned lobbyi$t.  You guessed it....Rudy and Mike!

Verizon seems to get lucrative “non competitive bids” oh yeah -- compete but the fix is in NYC gov. but hey the fix is in from The White House to Albany to City Hall = The People screwed.
