Didn't NYC gov and SAIC have auditors?  Hmmm.   SAIC and NYC Gov. officials accountable!

The media blacks out this mega-scandal CityTime and beyond ECTP, NYCAPS, SEEDCO, NICE, NYCWIns, SESIS, etc.  where oops they want over budget 80 million or 300 million or close to a billion = if press reported the truth Bloomberg would be forced to resign and at least 2 mayoral candidates knocked out.
