1) I was told that NYC gov made a deal with SAIC besides originally a life time maintenance contract ---
that once CityTime was up and running that NYC gov would go out and sell CityTime to other agencies and SAIC would pay NYC gov a commission on the sales. This ain’t happening anytime soon because between CityTime and the 911 tech system rumor on the street is both systems are flawed.
(Remember Bloomberg’s Blizzard of 2010? )
2) Did Murdoch and perhaps Glenn Hutchins and other techno-maven makes similar deals like SAIC CityTime with NYC gov.... where once up and running NYC gov. sells the model and NYC gets a percentage of the sale ... like SAIC made the deal with NYC gov.
Question: Is Joel Klein involved in any of this tech dealings that Rupert Murdoch has with Board of Education?

WHO: Wireless Generation, recently acquired by News Corporation. The former city schools chancellor, Joel I. Klein, is heading up an education technology division there.
TOTAL COST: $2.7 million.
