Wiki hacker can you hack Mike Bloomberg's emails to Haggerty?

Please can the hacker do the same thing to Mike Bloomberg? The NY Post requested 62 emails he sent Haggerty and Bloomberg refuses to turn them over. Haggerty's lawyers and the Manhattan DA do not want to see these emails either! Do you think these emails would bring down Bloomberg, his campaign staff and his deputy mayors?
