please also check out the coverage of NYU's obeying IM PEI's wishes yet they ignored us outraged community members on this and all zone busting hideous destructive builds.  Too bad IM Pei did not speak out for the community on a dozen other corrupt builds like St. Ann's including the illegal air sale by the USPS because the USPS did not notify the State of NY as legally required when you sell air space over historic site.  St. Ann's was not landmark protected mysteriously but still historic dating back to 1847!

The State of NY would have come in if notified as legally required and examined is this in the best interest of the community and examined concerns like environmental concerns and infrastructure but the USPS who loses mega-billions each year, this year they admitted 8.5 BILLION dollars in loses for one year and NYU a greedy ruthless developer were in a great rush to get that sale done and the zone busting mega dorm at 120 East 12th St. built as all corrupt developers are.  Get your corrupt builds built asap --- gee I wonder why?

Sexton, the Pres. of NYU rushed downtown to testify Mike Bloomberg must have a third term!!! Flush democracy down the toilet and deny us a referendum and why?

If Mike Bloomberg died right now greedy developers like NYU, Columbia U., Cooper Union that uses higher ed as a tax shelter for land grabs and busting through zoning and to lease their land for 99 years - they would prop up Mike's dead body for a 4th term!
