Suzannah B. Troy with DOT Freedom of Information Law form to request info on The Mercer Hotel "loading and unloading" signs

I am going to request info and there are several reason but one is to investigate let us say "motives"...what would motivate The Mercer Hotel to change their street sign to a smaller sign with less words and move the sign two feet south when the NYPD don't enforce the illegal parking there anyway.

Why would I care?  I care only because I have seem to many people, vendors ticketed because Michael Rawson acts like the emperor of Mercer and Prince St. and the NYPD are beholden to him...scary stuff and now he gets DOT to move a sign two feet south closer to the pedestrian cross walk and I have a witness that saw the original sign being brought in to the hotel by hotel staff.

What is going on here?   I hope to get some answers by filling out this request for info.
