king Bloomberg's daughter fall off her horse and hurts herself and Baby Born in taxi cab midtown

Apparently Georgina has done this before and again the injuries are serious enough that she has a concussion and broken bones.

She is of the uber rich world that never has to fear even her horse's stable being forced to move because of eminent domain abuse and she would never allow her horses to walk on our dangerous streets that are filled with cracks and craters.  The streets of NY were better in Colonial Times.  

Why do very rich people insist on climbing on horses to almost kill themselves?
