Wait a second! How come he has to plead guilty? I noticed there is no mention of Mike Bloomberg's advisor, money manager Steve Rattner who pleaded the 5th more Xs than Mike has been mayor, he pleaded the 5th 62Xs! There is pay to play and than pay not to go to jail. Most connected people do not even have to plead guilty!!!!
