So does that mean NY must declare ourselves a Country, bankruptcy and have the IMF bail us out? Let's ask Mike Bloomberg for financial advice. Bloomberg said we needed him for a third term because of the economy and it is even worse. No wonder Mike insists on NYC gov giving out free condoms that say NYC on them. I am making a YouTube series handing these out after I ask New Yorkers do you think Mike's third term helped you or are things worse? (Except for his rich friends....) I tell NYers you have been scr/ewed. NY, NY.
