Commissioners of DOT and NYPD questions for you from Suzannah B. Troy

This is for the Commissioners of DOT and NYPD. I have a witness that saw a mercer hotel staff member carrying in to the hotel a sign that said Loading and Unloading only for The Mercer Hotel. The NYPD refuses to investigate. A new sign with less words 2 ft. south now up. The cars use the space as loading and unloading. DOT, do you have the sign now in your possession and was that sign legal? NYPD from any and all divisions refuse to ticket cars breaking the law. They are not loading and unloading but parked there so DOT should just give the hotel parking for the Mercer only. How much would the city be giving the hotel for its clients free parking what are they doing in the hotel for those hours? The arrest ticketing of people of color, ticketing of Veteran Vendors and a blind eye to the mercer hotel it clients including the mgr having water thrown on a Viet Nam Vet another vendor both sides the hotel is criminal but the NYPD turns a blind eye and a deaf ear and why and for who?
