I am resting and healing in the land of green...the trees and the beautiful sounds of nature are healing salve on open wounds that need to heal.

I am wearing a thrift shop shirt I bought because I got lip stick on it and therefore felt obligated to buy. Green is about renewal, spring, new life, healing. Passover is about freedom, the Last Super was a Passover meal and I would love to sit down and talk with the Pope about many issues from the child abuse destruction that impacted lives of the victims and their families to the churches that are being sold like a bake sale with no thought for the communities that depend on these churches for worship, for resources of all kinds including education, homeless people who used these churches even if it was the steps and the moving stories I heard of kindness on those steps of St. Ann's, and more...I would want to talk to him about World War 2 and his direct experiences and I want to talk to him about his support of Mel Gibson's movie and in my opinion Gibson is a terrible anti-semite.

I want to talk about the foiled rape attempt in Soho and ONE HUGE ACT THAT SAVED THIS WOMAN WAS HER NEIGHBORS HEARD HER SCREAMS AND RESPONDED!!!  Her neighbors did not say it is none of my business but they responded and their actions made the difference!!!!!!! There was also a video camera and that made a difference.  We need more video cameras with color and they images of would be rapist and murders need to be postered all over the communities and on the NYPD website.  If there are too many they can have a special section on each Precinct's site so we can see the photo images of the neighborhoods predators.

Stop blaming the victims and start taking action because silence is what corrupt destructive people want. They want their victims to shut up, they want people to not care, they want people to  believe the falsehoods -- their phony public relations is another way to describe it.


I feel all this upset and urban stress, the trauma that was even bigger than moving after 20 years and I was doing national press for yoga face but now I feel I look like a Shar Pei wrinkle dog from China. I am middle aged and life is short. I almost lost my Dad last year because they opened up the wrong side when they did surgery and they kept him under much longer so I feel life is short and I must spend more time on the positivity, love,  beauty,  and joy.

The corrupt people and the corrupt politics will bring their their own jail time but maybe not in the time frame imagined and maybe not here on Earth in my life time but I have to believe in the principle shared in all cultures -- what goes around comes around so step out of the way, hold on to your integrity and loved ones..find some Peace on Earth.

I believe we are seeing "the fall of arrogance" -- it is a slow fall and more and more scandals are to come but for me I just need rest and to heal from the trauma...

I have become and Apple convert at age 45 and a half and I took this photos in the old style photo booth on my Mac Book. Believe me there were a few that looked sad angry and wrinkled puppyesque Shar Pei like  wrinkle photos which I deleted.  Hitting the delete button and "history cleared' are little techno pleasures.   I have a video clip of Karl "Santa" from Easter that with Apple's tutoring I can compress and put up on my blog which for people with heart and compassion will get what Karl is saying when he speaks of Jesus and you can hear Karl in his own words talk about homelessness.

I love Apple because they have excellent customer service and that is what will make or break businesses in the 21st Century. It is also one of many reasons I believe the USPS must become privitized and most of all lose it's Federal Status.  I love Federal Express and email; my two top choices for deliveries and mail.

I do believe all mega stores like Apple and Whole Foods must open up their doors to small businesses struggling in some creative way that helps them to survive in these community crushing times and it would be good for their businesses stopping them from looking and behaving like cookie cutter mega retail but unique stores that support small businesses that are Mother Earth conscious. I have said that Whole Foods should take in Whole Earth Bakery and Kitchen and I wish Apple could house Hub Stations so these Earth conscious small businesses are assured survival.

My body is talking to me and some part of my body does not understand I am middle aged and shouts at me "get pregnant asap!"   It is loud and fierce and my body looks preggers to me sometimes.

Now I must rest. I have to breathe. I have to get back to the most basic of senses and reclaim myself.
